Beautifully furnished and decorated. Very well equipped down to the smallest detail. Spotlessly clean. Very convenient for North Landing beach, 2 mins drive. Small village with good local pubs some with live music, fish n chip shops, coop etc. Lovely attentive owner.

A beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped house & a very pleasant host with excellent communication skills. We had a delightful stay & are very likely to book a return stay next summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday cottage. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had excellent facilities with everything we needed. The location was great too, making it an ideal base for exploring Flamborough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.

Had a very enjoyable short stay at Westfields. It is a large property with plenty of space and is pet friendly too. The dining tablepool table was an added bonus. Although there isnt parking attached, this wasnt a problem at all, we literally parked on the street right outside the property every day, even after going on day trips. We would be very happy to recommend this property and will look to visit again in the future.

Lovely house, very comfortable and clean. Garden is a suntrap in the evening, perfect for dinner and a drink outside. Great walk through park, haven site and nature reserve to North Landing, perfect start and end to the day on the cliff tops. Recommend Fraisthorpe beach and Cow Shed cafe, dog friendly all year round and a good beach walk to Bridlington. Visit the village bakery for cakes and pies. Only down side the washer was broken and we travel light, pre warning would have helped, but rectified by a quick trip to Morrisons. Would definitely book again. Thank you

10 out of 10! Quick friendly communication with owner. The house itself was very tidy, clean and modern, and had plenty of kitchen accessories, toiletriescleaning, towels, etc, even down to a dog bowl, mat and towel! Great location for Flamborough and Filey. Flamborough is very compact so didn't take long at all to go the different places within. Car parking is on the road outside. Never had a problem parking, but couldn't always get in front of the house. We got a text as the house was ready early, we were only 2 minutes down the road so that was brilliant to get in early and start unpacking and getting settled. Absolutely loved the pool table gave us something to do on an evening and was one of the main reasons for booking and wanting to come back yes, sad I know lol! Would absolutely recommend, and definitely want to come back, but it's now a 2 bedroom rather than a 3 bedroom so not sure we can unless we can get some sort of blow up bed for downstairs and will fit in the car or if the owner could look into providing some kind of bed for downstairs that would be great for larger parties.

The house was lovely, very clean and the towels and bedding were very good quality. The kitchen had everything we needed, the pool table was a great hit with children and adults alike. We had 2 cars and there was no problem with on street parking. The garden was fully enclosed and very safe for our dog. We would highly recommend.

Had everything you could possibly need and is a lovely house in a lovely area. Had an issue with the TV but between us Ann and I got it sorted.Didnt meet Ann but she seems a lovely lady.Nice touch leaving shortbread for visitors from Scotland.Would definitely recommend for a break in Yorkshire

Immaculate clean property , lots of space and excellent facilities , very high standard of presentation. ideal for a large family . less than 5 minutes walk from shopspub .and North landing . Everything you need in the property . However , the property is on an very busy main access road to a large caravan park with many hundreds of vehicles per hour zooming past not a quiet location ! but obviously outside the owners control .also could do with celestial TV not a fire stick which was difficult to use for an oldie .. were it not for the constant traffic noise it would be a 5 star plus from me

Absolutely first class! I can't recommend Westfield highly enough. The cottage was beautiful, done to a very high standard throughout. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The kitchen was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. My husband and two sons really enjoyed the pool table and had quite a few games. The lounge was very comfortable and relaxing too. Just as we were ready for leaving the owner, Ann, arrived. She was so lovely and friendly, and didn't rush us at all. We had a lovely chat with her before we left. Westfield is set in beautiful surroundings in the charming village of Flamborough, with the beach at the end of the road, about half a mile away, and only about four miles away from the lovely seaside town of Bridlington. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday in one of the loveliest holiday cottages we have stayed in. We will most definitely be going back in the future.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this cottage as we were lucky to have sunshine every day. We did a lot of walking along Flamborough Head and Bempton cliffs and saw many seals and nesting seabirds. We managed to eat at Copperfields once during the week which was great but you really have to book in advance to guarantee a table as it is so popular. The cottage is in a good location and comfortable and well equipped. We only managed one session on the pool table and that was only because the weather was too nice to spend time indoors. We would recommend this property.

A Wonderful Cottage. We had a lovely time at Westfield. Just us 2 & our dog. Spacious, super clean, comfy bed, pool table. As good as stated in all the complimentary reviews. Although I think there's something wrong with the pool table as my wife beat me numerous times & even had a lead at one point before I managed to narrowly pip the overall win by the end of the holiday. Probably the Yorkshire chalk being too chalky for the cue or maybe the numbers on the balls were too shiny?

Our family had a fantastic stay in Flamborough at Westfield. The property had everything we needed, with a young toddler and pooch in tow. Very comfortable and cosy, plenty of space, and ideally located for exploring the coast. Bempton L Cliffs is a short drive away, beaches at Filey and Bridington closeby, Sewerby Hall and Gardens was great for the whole family and there are so many walks right from your doorstep. The Rose and Crown is a short stroll and is a really friendly local pub that serves good food with great staff, while The Viking closer to North Landing is a popular option. There are two fabulous fish and chip shops in Flamborough High Street Fisheries for classic fare, with chips cooked in beef dripping. Nearby is Lighthouse Fisheries, which serves up real quality food including fried crab cakes really recommended!

Wonderful property and facilities. Had a very enjoyable stay. Only draw back was parking. As I had elderly parents, parking outside the property was ideal. However it wasn't possible some days as other cars were parked outside. This is difficult to correct as its a road but caused issues for my parents walking a distance. Otherwise would highly recommend this amazing property

A lovely cottage , very comfortable and had everything you could need like home from home . All the bedrooms had lovely bedding and pillows and were nicely decorated .A big bathroom all nicely done .I especially like the area Flamborough is so pretty ,we had really good weather and we all had a very nice stay at the cottage .Would recommended all good and very clean and tidy .Hope to stay again sometime .Thank you Anne and family x

We had a lovely stay at Westfield Cottage. It was exceptionally clean. All the rooms were very spacious with a lovely decor. Beds and sofas were comfortable. Close to beaches. Nice pubs, restaurants & cafes within walking distance. We recommend The Rose and Crown for good quality food at reasonable prices. The bath was lovely and deep.

Lovely house, owner was fantastic, we had an issue with the back door In arrival which she had only just been made aware of but managed to get it fixed the next day with no issues or inconvenience to us. There was everything you could need at the house. Fantastic area, highly recommend a walk down to the cliff tops.

We had a lovely few days at Westfield. Just like home from home. The cottage was lovely. Couldnt have asked for more. Lovely days out, and lovely walks to the sea from the cottage. A lovely huge field only 5 mins walk from the cottage. It was our little dogs first holiday and he thoroughly enjoyed it too. Filey beach was lovely. Had a visit to Flamborough head lighthouse and Bempton Cliffs which is a must. We will definitely be back to Westfield for another visit to Flamborough
