The Stables,

The Stables is a newly converted one-bedroom cottage at Metlands Farm in Bempton, East Yorkshire. Part of a small farm holiday collection, it sits in open countryside just 1.5 miles from the Yorkshire coast. Exposed flint walls, vaulted ceilings and underfloor heating give this place real character without sacrificing comfort.

Bempton sits on the East Riding coast between Bridlington and Filey. Both towns are under ten minutes by car. The Flamborough Heritage Coastline is close by with cliff-top walks and a seal colony at a hidden cove. Bring binoculars.

The Stables sleeps 2 guests in one double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) with a flint feature wall. The open-plan living area has a woodburner, smart TV and French doors to the patio. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, slow cooker and dishwasher. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The wet room has a cubicle shower.

RSPB Bempton Cliffs is 1.5 miles away. Bridlington seafront is under 10 minutes. Flamborough Head Lighthouse is roughly 4 miles (10 mins). Filey Brigg is around 8 miles (15 mins).
