The Parade at Rowan Properties is a large seven-bedroom celebration house in the heart of Bridlington on the East Yorkshire coast. Bridlington is a proper seaside town. Miles of sandy beach backed by a Victorian promenade, amusement arcades, boat rides and live events at Bridlington Spa. The RSPB Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Heritage Coastline are close by for something more outdoorsy.

Seven bedrooms across three floors. Bedrooms 1 - 3 on the first floor each have a 4ft 6in double bed and a private en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 4 - 6 on the second floor are doubles. Bedroom 7 has a single bed. Bedroom 3 also has two single beds. A family bathroom with bath and shower serves the upper floors.

Burton Agnes Hall (10 miles) and Flamborough Head (5 miles) are both worth a visit. RSPB Bempton Cliffs is under 10 miles away.
