The Egg Shed is a modern single-storey detached cottage on a small arable farm in Bempton, East Yorkshire. Just two miles from RSPB Bempton Cliffs, this is a serious base for birdwatching. The open-plan living area is spacious and well-designed with French doors opening onto a large grassed garden with countryside views.

Bempton sits on the Yorkshire coast between Bridlington and Flamborough Head. The village has a pub and a local shop. Bridlington is a ten-minute drive away with a harbour, sandy beaches and plenty of places to eat. Flamborough Head's working lighthouse and coastal walks are close by.

The cottage sleeps 4 across three ground-floor bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a single bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double (4ft 6in) bed. The kitchen has an induction hob, electric cooker, dishwasher and a central island with breakfast bar. There's a shower room with heated towel rail plus a separate WC. Private parking for 3 cars and an EV charging point are included.
