The Chapel is outstanding as a holiday let and the attention to detail and comfort is flawless. The area is beautiful and central to lots of places of interest we ran out of time so will book again.

WOW is the only thing I can say! ! St. Edmunds is a very special place and was perfect for our minimoon ! The attention to detail throughout the property is second to none and communication with Karen was spot on. The renovation has been done to an extremely high spec and sympathetic to its history. the hosts had thought of everything from remote control candles, rugs for if it got a bit chilly which it didnt!, dog bedding which Rosie preferred to her own bed! towels & treats to everyday essentials like sauces, teascoffees & toiletries to biscuits and a bottle of fizz in the fridge!

The only word I could use to describe the property is sensational! It is so unique and individual. We really enjoyed looking at the all its features, it was an attraction in itself. In terms of facilities within the property, it was high end, everything had been thought of for our comfort and enjoyment. The location is lovely. Surrounded by fields and farmland, in a quiet village, a view from every window. Plenty to do out & about, all a short drive away. The owners were very helpful and attentive. Outstanding, the most comfortable, well provisioned and uniquely decorated property I've stayed in over the last eight years or so on Sykes and Airbnb. The attention to detail and accommodation of every need and tasty welcome back were very much appreciated. It also had a ceiling mounted rainfall shower which was powerful and easily calibrated. Outside was a well groomed garden and seating area with a view over the local countryside including friendly horses. The property was situated in a small village served by a quiet road only a mile or so from one of the best beaches on the East Coast. Very cozy, very warm, extremely comfortable so much so I almost felt reluctant to go out and explore. The owner was in touch to check on everything being okay and responded very quickly to a request for information about eateries. It was worth every penny. I shall be back before the end of the year.
We had a lovely stay at St Edmunds Church. It's a beautiful and unique property that was scrupilously clean, well equipped, and included a lovely little welcome pack for our dog. Communication from Karen was excellent super clear, friendly, helpful, and responsive. And a glorious beach five minutes down the road with ample, cheap parking is a real treat! All fantastic, no notes, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous converted church. It's in a beautiful, peaceful location and was ideal for us to visit RSPB Bempton, have an exciting day watching puffins and gannets and then return to a cosy, welcoming home to relax. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us any extra information we needed. We definitely intend to go back staying there felt like a real treat!

The church and location are stunning. The owner has thought of everything inside to make visitors comfortable we did not want to leave. My dog loved the completely secure garden and short walk to the beach.
An absolute delight to stay here. St Edmunds is perfectly presented and definitely deserves a 'Wow' when you enter. It is one of the most charming properties we have stayed in. Everything is perfect from the quality of the bedding to the kitchen utensils. The delightful garden was a joy to relax in amongst the glorious daffodils over a stunning April week. St Edmunds is a very unique place and it lived up to and exceeded our expectations.

The beach is close by and there are other beautiful areas to visit for a day out. We even saw the seals lounging on the beach at Flamborough Head. A lovely, unique cottage within walking distance of Fraisthorpe Beach. Beautifully renovated with a warm and cosy interior and all the amenities you could need for a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for that something different.
Unique property that has been skilfully renovated. Very well equipped and comfortable for two. Lovely location but be warned that the walk to the beach down the track is a lot further than it looks on the map.
This place is absolutely beautiful. The thought and attention to detail that has gone into it! I was worried that it might be cold and spooky but it absolutely isnt. Its warm and cosy with a touch of opulence. And what a lovely setting? We enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine watching the horses and the birds. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Had the most lovely relaxing stay at St Edmunds, it really does have the wow factor. The property has been renovated to a very high standard and has everything you need. I was worried staying during the storms in an old building it might be a bit cold, how wrong I was, it is so warm and cosy. Thank you for an amazing break.
