Shell Seeker Cottage is in Sewerby village just outside Bridlington on the East Yorkshire coast. Follow the B1255 from Bridlington towards Sewerby and the cottage is on the main road through the village. Designated off-road parking for one car is available to the rear in the shared car park.

The nearest railway station is Bridlington, approximately 1.5 miles from the cottage. From the station you can take a local bus or short taxi ride directly to Sewerby village.

Shell Seeker Cottage was lovely and so well placed for good walks and sightseeing. The cottage was so welcoming on arrival particularly with the generous goodies the homegrown tomatoes and apples were great. A good deal of thought had been put into this wellequipped and homely accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shell Seeker Cottage. It is in the perfect place to explore Sewerby and the lovely Yorkshire coast. The cottage was well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Welcome pack excellent. Andrea the owner very helpful. We would happily stay here again. Parking space a bonus too.

We had a lovely week at Shell Seeker Cottage. The owner, Andrea, sent a message two hours before our arrival time warning us of a road closure and giving an alternative route. She also left a note where, considering the forecast heatwave, we could find a fan and lighter duvets to use. The cottage looked so inviting on arrival, with fresh flowers and a generous welcome pack. It was very clean and comfortable with many nice little touches. The location is great for access to Sewerby Hall. Bempton RSPB, Flamborough, Filey and Bridlington. The designated parking spot was a real bonus. Would recommend and hope to return.

Well maintained and clean accommodation ideal for a couple. Excellent location with Sewerby Hall and clifftop paths on the doorstep and a short walk into Bridlington. The Old Forge and Ship Inn both handy for food and drink.
A return visit to this clean & tidy lovely cottage. All the things we needed for a hassle free break away. The welcome hamper was most welcome, thank you. This visit we had actually got our timings right to see the puffins at RSPB Bempton! We hope to return again
An absolutely stunning little find in a very quiet village just outside Bridlington. The cottage was cosy and sweet with lovely decor throughout. I especially enjoyed the tiles in the bathroom. The cottage is within walking distance of the land train and some really lovely pubs. We went as a family of four, which included a toddler and a baby, there was enough space for us to spend the evenings together. The host Andrea was fab too. She left a couple of little gifts for the children too which was very thoughtful.

2nd visit to shellseekers this year and looking to go back in September It is warm clean and comfortable great spot for walking and a few good pubs near by. Wot more could you want perfect
An absolutely superb little property. Ideally located, and with private parking right outside. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean, and it was tastefully decorated, warm, cozy and well equipped. Lots of useful information and a generous welcome basket were provided, and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely return.

Lovely comfortable cottage with everything you need for a great holiday, its situation between bridlington and Flamborough makes it ideal for walks on the beach or cliff tops, plenty of books and games if the weather is unkind. Loved it !
Lovely clean, tidy cottage with all the comforts of home & very well equipped. The seaside themed decor was great! Nice to have designated parking & the benefit of the courtyard to sit out in. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Hopefully well be making a return visit.before the puffins leave next time!
Very comfortable and well equipped cottage. Parking space at the back was very useful. Lots of things to do within walking distance or a short car journey away. Andrea was very helpful and responsive to messages before and during our stay. Would stay here again.
The cottage had everything you would need, it is close to all amenities. The welcome pack and fresh flowers were a fabulous surprise. The only problem is the height of some of the stuff was a struggle for me as I am only 4' 11 fortunately have a tall husband. Would have loved to looked through the books, a very good selection. The garden area was quiet and pleasant. Great being able to park close to property and it being private. The score for comfort again comes down to the fact that the sofa isn't designed for someone short. Bed was comfortable, To say the property is on the main road the traffic noise was not a problem.

Excellent cottage in a good position, good for walking and local restaurants and pubs
In an excellent position and good parking. The bath is very high to get into if you are less than 5.4. A mirror above the sink would be good for shaving etc. The bathroom creaks loudly.

Very clean and comfortable cottage tastefully decorated and furnished. Small and cosy ideal for a couple. Excellent location handy for cliff top paths, Sewerby Hall and the land train down into Bridlington. So good we stayed a second week!

We loved the cottage, with its pretty little cottage garden. So handy for buses, Sewerby Hall and gardens and walks along cliff. Not reliant on the car all the time. Excellent restaurant right opposite, so handy for evening meal after a long day out. Also a pub nearby. Would recommend.

Agree with previous comment that a few tweaks would make it perfect. No full length mirror and no mirror over the sink in bathroom was annoying. A pleasant stay in a lovely location that was perfect for our needs.
A lovely little cottage with easy access down some steps to the beach. The kitchen is small, but equipped with everything we needed. It is also very quiet.

A lovely little cottage and with a few tweaks would be perfect. The location is perfect and with private parking and bus stop nearby you couldnt ask for better. The bathroom certainly needs a grab rail for getting in and out of the bath quite high sides. A shelf above the sink would be helpful as well. The bedroom would benefit from a stool or chair to sit whilst drying your hair and applying your makeup. On the whole would certainly recommend Shell Seekers and the owners were particularly helpful. Plenty of eateries nearby and lovely walks also.

The cottage was very clean comfortable and warm . In a very good location great walks a couple of great pubs. And off road parking will definitely be back
