The ground floor has a living/dining room with a 50" Freeview TV and electric fire plus a large conservatory with a 42" Freeview TV overlooking the enclosed lawned garden.

Sewerby Hall (0.5 miles) has gardens and a small zoo. Bridlington town centre (3 miles / 8 mins) has an indoor leisure centre with climbing walls and a splash pool. Filey (8 miles / 15 mins) and Scarborough (18 miles / 30 mins) both offer great beaches.

Pets stay free one small dog is welcome. Sewerby Cottage suits families wanting a proper coastal break with walks beaches and attractions all within easy reach.

Sewerby Hall's small zoo and themed Edwardian activities are within walking distance. Kids can catch the land train down to Bridlington for the beach and splash pool at the indoor leisure centre.
