For us it was a great location to the town and for Race the Waves. Very nice, comfy house. Well equipped and great for our wee dog with the garden space. Dog blankets, bags and toys were a nice touch.

Really lovely place to stay, the property was very clean , comfortable, had everything we needed , so close to the beach and town. We didnt write in your guest book as we didnt have a pen , would certainly like to go again.

We had a lovely time at Seaside House, it was extremely comfortable. You could walk to the beach in minutes and you could see the sea from the lounge and master bedroom window. The induction hob was the best I've ever used it worked just like a gas hob, extremely good. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We definitely recommend and would stay again when next in Bridlington. Thank you very much.
Second time we have stayed here. Excellent Location for South Beach, great for th dog. The accomodation was fine and suited us, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed staying here and plan to come back.
An immaculate property with everything you need in a perfect location. Joanne is very and friendly an informative. We have been 3 times now and the property looks as new and fresh as the first time with new additions such as the lovely and modern cooling fans. I cannot fault it

Very clean ,except freezer had 2 half used tubs of ice cream in it, should have been taken out . Great for parking right next to beach . Town 10 minute walk , lots of bars and fish shops , we would definitely go back .

Thought stripping the beds was a strange request , unsure where to place dustbin liner as only garden bin available , early departure time , but overall lovely stay very enjoyable would deffinatley reccommend and hopefully return sometime .

Ideal for us with our dog, having a safe enclosed garden. We wanted to be close to the sandy beach and it's within a 5 minute walk, you can see the sea from the window. Warm, clean and comfortable house and quick and easy communication with the owner.

I love Seaside House, this is our 3rd visit and it truly is a home from home.
Our first impression was of a clean, tidy property in a fantastic location only 100m to the beach. Spread over 3 floors, there is a handy hallway with storage for coats and shoes. Leading to a handy utility space with washing machine, and clean garage and a garden with furniture. Upstairs on the first floor is a light, bright living dining room with modern, stylish furniture, a modern, well equipped kitchen with everything you might need for a selfcatering holiday, and a shower room. On the 2nd floor is a large double bedroom and a twin room as well as a bathroom. Everything about the property is modern and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic, comfortable holiday. One minor niggle was the window blinds let in a lot of light so we woke early, but we didn't mind that TOO much as we were on holiday and the weather was warm so we couldn't wait to get up and out on the beach with our dog. The only other negative was having to book Friday to Friday this meant we had to book 6 days annual leave from work rather than 5 days if it were Saturday to Saturday. We try to get away as often as possible so this is an important factor for us. Overall, highly recommended for cleanliness, facilities and location.
A clean and well planned holiday home with good facilities and in a superb location. Friendly owner who even replaced a frying pan about which the previous holidaymakers had complained. We found that a couple of the windows didn't seem to work terribly well in terms of opening and closing, and the main bedroom is very light in the morning. Enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely holiday at Seaside House the location was fantastic just a short walk to the lovely beach. The house is spacious set over three floors, spotlessly clean and had everything that we could have needed. The bed and furniture was very comfortable also provided blankets to use for our dogs. Kitchen facilities were great as we like to cater for ourselves also has parking always a bonus. The owner even contacted us to tell us we were able to enter the property early. First time holidaying in Bridlington and we will definitely return to Seaside House great accommodation.
I had a brilliant time staying at Seaside House. The owners are most kind and communicative before and during the stay and make you feel at ease. They left me kind items to enjoy during my stay which was an added bonus. The accommodation itself is fantastic. Great location just off the beach but yet on a quiet road so you can enjoy both peace and convenience at the same time. Extremely spacious and immaculately clean. Smart TVs to enjoy many viewing options whilst spending time in the house. Lovely outside space at the back of the property. Powerful shower and extremely comfortable bed. Brilliant instant and easy heating system. I had the most wonderful time at Seaside House and look forward to staying with the owners again in the near future. Thank you for everything.

Very comfortable and homely with everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. We are going to return early May next year to Bridlington, but unfortunately this property is already booked up. One suggestion a breadbin or cake tin would come in handy for storing breadcake and a new small frying pan for frying eggs would also be handy. We are likely to come back to this property in the future.

Beautiful clean home with all the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday. A lot of thought has gone into providing extra touches such as a welcome pack, prosecco and even little treats for the dog. The garden was great and got the sun most of the day. We enjoyed our glass of fizz on the decking!! Great location just 30 yards to the beach. Also a short walk into town which was a bonus. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at Seaside House. The location is perfect for the beach. Check in was simple. The house exceeded our expectations as it was so spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and a much appreciated welcome gift. The main bedroom was very big and easily fit a travel cot. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Having two bathrooms was a big plus! We didn't get to use the garden as we were only there for 2 days but it looked lovely and was bigger than I expected. I would definitely recommend a stay at Seaside House.
Absolutely superb property, spotlessly clean and every eventuality catered for. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be going back to this delightful haven by the sea.
