The open-plan living space includes a 42" Freesat TV, electric fire and fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Outside there's private decking, a shared BBQ, summerhouse and a games room with pool table. A pub, shop and restaurant are 500 yards away. York is under an hour's drive. Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington are all within easy reach.
