Newcombe Cottage is a three-floor mid-terraced cottage on the edge of Flamborough village in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It sleeps six and sits within walking distance of both the beach and the village centre. You can even catch a glimpse of the sea from the property. It holds the Customers' Choice award for 2023, 2025 and 2026.

Flamborough is a proper Yorkshire coastal village. The UK's oldest complete lighthouse is a short walk away. Danes Dike nature reserve is directly across from the cottage with a path straight down to the beach. Flamborough Head and Bempton Cliffs are both close by.

The cottage has three bedrooms across three floors. Ground floor: Bedroom 1 is a double (4ft 6in) and Bedroom 2 has two singles (3ft each). Second floor: Bedroom 3 is a double (4ft 6in) with an ensuite shower room. Two bathrooms serve the property and the first-floor living room has Sky TV and an electric log effect fire.

Scarborough is around 17 miles away. Whitby is approximately 25 miles. Bempton Cliffs RSPB Reserve is under 4 miles. The North York Moors National Park is roughly 20 miles inland.
