Hygge Lodge is a detached log cabin on the Bridlington Links Golf Course and Leisure Estate in Flamborough, East Yorkshire. Sitting adjacent to Sewerby Hall and overlooking the coastline between Danes Dyke and Bempton Cliffs, the position is hard to beat. Deer roam the woodland estate. The name says it all - hygge is the Norwegian word for cosiness and contentment.

The pub and restaurant at the clubhouse is just 400 yards away with a veranda and sea views. The beach is 3 miles out. An 18-hole cliff top golf course sits right next to the site and is open to non-members. Woodland paths lead directly to Sewerby Hall from the lodge.

Sewerby Hall Zoo is a short woodland walk away and the lodge owners provide 4 free entry passes. Deer roam the estate grounds. The land train runs to Bridlington's sandy beach. Wrap-around decking gives children space to play safely. A travel cot, highchair and baby monitor are all available.

The lodge sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. There is a double ensuite bedroom, a twin ensuite bedroom and a children's bunk room.

Yes. The lodge is entirely on the ground floor with ramp access to the side. There are 2 steps at the main entrance but the ramp provides a level access alternative.
