Owners have made the space so incredibly comfortable, and it is so well equipped with all those thoughtful touches that make a stay special. The cottage is in such a great location, too. It was the perfect base for exploring the local area and heading further afield for longer day trips. Highly recommend a stay here and we will be looking for a return visit.

This property was presented very well. We arrived to a lovely welcome hamper which was considerate to our needs. The property itself was spacious with a lovely kitchendiner and living room. It was just like home from home with every aspect thought about from a guests perspective. The owners themselves had great communication ensuring a smooth arrival & departure. The bedrooms again were very comfortable with a lovely walk in shower in the ensuite room. Plenty of places near by to visit. If there was one negative and it is only a small one it is situated on quite a busy road so can be a bit noisy with traffic. Would that stop me from booking this property again? No it wouldnt but I know that wouldnt suit everyone.

This cottage is wonderful. It is well cared for and maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen has lots of high quality equipment and there are thoughtful touches all around the house. We enjoyed using the outside space the table and chairs on the patio, the summer house, large bike shed and hose to clean bikes off. The communication from the owners was very good and the welcome pack thoughtful. A big bonus was being able to walk to the cliffs to see the birds. A great place to holiday.

This is one of the most comfortable cottages we've stayed in and we really enjoyed our week here. Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, the garden was pleasant to sit out in. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and everything was of a high standard. Cooking was very easy and had all the items we needed. It's a great location for seeing nesting birds on the cliffs, easy walk or quick drive. Sharon and Mark look after the place very well and were at hand when we needed help with an item we left behind. Communication was good. We would definitely consider a return visit. Excellent welcome pack too.
An excellent property, with everything you need for a lovely stay. A lovely welcome pack was waiting on arrival. Good communication with the owner. The only negatives are that the hallway was dirty on arrival and there is some traffic noise. A great location for exploring the East Yorkshire coast. I would stay again.

Tastefully furnished and decorated. Very well equipped,especially the kitchen, with good quality china, pots and pans. So helpful to have instructions for all the appliances. Attention to detail is evident in the property as soon as you walk in. Everything you could need is provided and some extras. Excellent property.

Holly Farm Cottage is all you could ask for in a holiday let and so much more. It's a fantastically equipped cottage in a fabulous location. Loads of places to visit and things to do in the surrounding area and being able to go for a full day's walking on the coast path straight from the front door keeps us coming back. An amazing cottage! Very clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We had great fun playing games from the selection available after our days out. In the information folder, there are lots of ideas for things to do and places to eat we tried lots of them. The welcome pack was perfect. The main reason for booking this cottage was to visit RSPB Bempton which we visited four times in the week. There are lots of coastal walk nearby. Also, lots of nice beaches in the area. The cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable with high end appliances. We would definitely book this cottage again.

Parking was a big bonus, as was the quiet area closeness to the train station. The hosts were friendly, helpful and clearly care about the guests comfort and experience.

Holly Farm Cottage is a beautiful place to stay, in a well situated location for visiting surrounding areas and Bridlington. The house was immaculate and spotlessly clean on arrival. The service from Sharon & Mark was exceptional they even asked if there were any specific item's we'd like in the welcome pack and they responded instantly to a couple of text questions. The standard of fittings and equipment in the house was very high quality linen and Denby crockery etc.. There was a fantastic assortment of maps, books & games etc.. We really can't think of any way Sharon & Mark could improve the experience thanks!
This was the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed at! From the outset it was clear that Sharon and Mark would be fantastic hosts, with excellent contact prior to arrival, even allowing for customisation of the welcome pack, which was extremely generous. On arrival Holly Farm Cottage was spotless and even better than the pictures are able to do justice to. Every detail had been carefully considered with quality and design in mind. It was truly a home from home! A great location for both coast and country, despite the poor weather we experienced, returning to this fantastic property made this a relaxing break. I cannot recommend this highly enough and am sure we will be back.
