Bedroom 2 has two singles with a Jack and Jill en-suite shared with Bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Sewerby Hall (1.5 miles), Bempton Cliffs RSPB Reserve (7 miles), Flamborough Head (5 miles) and Scarborough (18 miles) are all within easy reach. York and Hull are roughly an hour's drive.
