10 of us had an amazing weekend at Calm Waters, the space, decor, location and vibes are sensational. We cooked a meal for 10 no problem , loads of cookware. We used the balcony to watch the moon on the sea and also the sunrise, was a core memory. We walked along the seafront to town. We were really impressed by the whole place. The house keeper was amazing too! Would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful property in every way. Every small detail had been thought of, the furnishings were luxurious, cosy and restful. We loved the balcony and spent many hours chatting and enjoying the incredible view of the seabeach. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend

If I'm being really picky, the only things we were missing were a dish cloth and kitchen roll, the quality of the facilities was excellent right down to potato peeler. Two of our party found the stairs steep, and would have appreciated details of those but the view alone outweighed that.
Fantastic location right by a beautiful beach and walking distance into Bridlington, perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The house was comfortable, very stylish and extremely well equipped for a large family group who enjoy cooking, the welcome pack was much appreciated too.

Absolutely fantastic stay over Easter for our extended family of 10. Real luxury feel and the accommodation matches the views which are simply stunning! Equipment and facilities were exceptional, beds so comfy, we all slept better than we do at home! Thank you!
Everything about Calm Waters is perfect. It is a stunning property with a wonderful view of the sea, is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Much effort has been made to create such a lovely space. It has been a wonderful setting for our family gathering. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.
This is a fantastic holiday home. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and full of everything you need for a family holiday at the seaside. The views from the upstairs window and balcony were spectacular. On highlighting a small issue with housekeeping it was rectified at once. We have no problem giving this home a five star rating.
This holiday home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described, lots of facilities and a lovely welcome hamper on arrival. Natalie was very communicative and got a very minor issue sorted straight away. Would recommend this house and would happily stay there again.
Fabulous large holiday home on Bridlingtons South Beach with unbeatable sea views. The house is very stylishly appointed and the welcome hamper was very much appreciated. Very easy access to the town centre, the outstanding surrounding cliff tops and beaches at Flamborough Head as well as the fascinating Wolds villages.
