Suffolk Punch is a barn conversion at Marton Manor Cottages in Sewerby, near Bridlington in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Converted from the farm's original outbuildings, it sits on a working family farm with a farm shop and café on-site. The beach is just 1 mile away and a pub and restaurant are 500 yards from the door.

The farm setting is genuinely special. Kids can visit the on-site petting area to meet the animals. There's a shared 1-acre field out front with a playground. You can catch the land train from nearby Sewerby Hall into Bridlington then walk back along the clifftops.

Suffolk Punch sleeps 5 guests across 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a single bed on the ground floor. Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a double (4ft 6in) with Freeview TV and DVD player. Bedroom 3 has a single plus a child's Z-bed. There's one bathroom with bath and shower over.

Sewerby Hall and Gardens is minutes away. Bempton Cliffs RSPB Reserve is 4 miles (10 mins). Bridlington's two beaches and harbour are 2 miles (5 mins). Burton Agnes Hall is 6 miles (12 mins).

Suffolk Punch can combine with 5 other cottages on-site for up to 20 guests ideal for large family gatherings. Pets stay free. This is a brilliant base for the Yorkshire coast.
