Part of Marton Manor Cottages six properties converted from old farm outbuildings it sits right on the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast, with chalk cliffs, historic lighthouses and coastal walks on the doorstep. The farm is still working and run by the family. There's an on-site farm shop and café plus a petting area where kids can meet the animals. A shared one-acre field and playground sit just in front of the properties. The beach is one mile away and a pub and restaurant are just 500 yards from the door.

Percheron Cottage sleeps 3 across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 4ft 6in double bed with Freeview TV and DVD player. Bedroom 2 has a single 3ft bed. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining area with Freeview TV and a fully equipped kitchen. One shower room with heated towel rail. Gas central heating included.

Sewerby Hall and Gardens is just around the corner. Bridlington's harbour and beaches are under two miles away. The RSPB Bempton Cliffs puffin colony is 4 miles away (10 minutes). Burton Agnes Hall is roughly 6 miles inland (12 minutes).
