Lark Rise Cottage is a stone-built 18th-century cottage sitting in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in the village of Horton-in-Ribblesdale. The cottage has a traditional Yorkshire Range in the lounge along with beamed ceilings and a window seat overlooking the garden toward the river. This is a proper old Yorkshire cottage full of character without trying too hard.

Horton-in-Ribblesdale is walking country. The Yorkshire Three Peaks start from the village itself. Pen-y-Ghent is just 3 miles away. The garden backs onto a river with gate access and the surrounding hills are full of wildlife. The enclosed garden and furnished patio are genuinely lovely.

There are two bathrooms: a family bathroom with bath and shower and a cloakroom with a small seated bath. The farmhouse kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
